On no account will Terram Limited be held liable for any loss or damage arising out of any use of any web sites linked to or from this site.

1. MAKING A PURCHASE

Simply browse through our product lists and choose the product you need from our catalogue. Click on items that you wish to buy and put them in your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept Visa and Mastercard credit card payment. Alternatively you may send your cheque payment by conventional mail. If you send your order over the Internet, Terram Limited will send you an order confirmation by email. If you send your order by conventional mail, Terram Limited will send an order confirmation by conventional mail only. All order confirmations will be sent when your order is ready for delivery. Payment will be taken on receipt of your order.

2. DELIVERY

Delivery and handling are charged in addition to the prices shown on the website and will be added to the cost of any products purchased. You will receive confirmation of delivery and handling charges in the order confirmation.

3. DELIVERY SCHEDULE

Most orders are despatched within 3 working days of receipt of your order. If we are unable to deliver your order within 30 days of receipt of your order we will contact you using the means by which we send your order confirmation (see clause 1 (above)) giving you the option to cancel your order. Orders will be delivered to the address stipulated by you on the order form.

4. AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

If any product is not in stock and cannot be delivered to you within 30 days, we will contact you using the means by which we send your order confirmation (see clause 1 (above)) giving you details of the likely delivery date and giving you the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. If you decide to cancel your order, we will issue a full refund.

5. TAX CHARGES

15% VAT is included in the price of all products. If you are resident outside of the European Union other taxes, levies or duties may be chargeable in addition. Any such additional charges will be shown on the order confirmation and are payable by you in addition to the charges shown on this web site.

6. CREDIT CARD SECURITY

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted on your computer when the order is placed. They are only decrypted after they reach our on-line credit card provider, Netbanx. They are not held in clear text on any of our web sites. If you do discover that fraudulent use has been made of your card you should immediately notify your card company and provide full details.

7. OUR RETURNS POLICY

At Terram Limited we want you to be completely satisfied every time you shop with us. If for any reason you are unhappy with the product you have purchased just return it to us in its original condition within 30 days and we will issue a full refund for the price of the product. This does not affect your statutory rights. To make a return please fill out the back of your packing slip, giving the reason for the return and wrap the package securely. 8. GOVERNING LAW AND CONTRACT FORMATION

No contract will come into existence between you and Terram Limited for the sale of any product unless and until Terram Limited accepts your order by sending an order confirmation in the manner described above. That acceptance will be deemed effective at the time Terram Limited sends the order confirmation to you in accordance with the provisions stated above, whether or not that order confirmation is received by you. Any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England, and you and Terram Limited irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

9. WARRANTY

Terram Limited warrants that the products will be of satisfactory quality and fit for use in domestic gardens.
